In this webinar, Danielle will go over information needed from clients to verify insurance and common insurance terms. She will guide you through real-time insurance benefit checks using a variety of insurance plans (using your pre-submitted insurance information). She will also share her tips and tricks to keep a record of the benefits information so it can be easily referenced. There will also be time for questions and answers.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will be able to define common terminology used when verifying insurance for mental health coverage.
- Participants will be able to identify what information is needed from the client in order to verify their insurance.
- Participants will be able to verify insurance benefits for three of their client's plans.
